Down to Earth Cookbook

Lacey Sher and Gail Doherty are the founders and chefs of New Jersey’s favorite organic vegan restaurant “Down to Earth”, and they’ve decided to pass on some of their favorite recipes to the rest of us vegetable-loving earthlings.  Although all the recipes are vegan, anyone can enjoy these simple and healthy dishes!
