Chef Kirk’s Kale Basil Pesto
Ingredients
- 2 cups packed kale
- 1 cup packed fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- ½ cup grated parmesan
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper salt to taste
Instructions
- In food processor or blender, add all ingredients except olive oil.
- While food processor/blender is running, drizzle in olive oil until pureed smooth.
Notes
Delicious served on pasta, bread/crackers, or as a spread for a sandwich. Serves 4-6.
