Baked Kale Chips
- 1 bunch (about 6 ounces) local kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sea salt, to taste
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Rinse and dry the kale, remove the stems and tough center ribs.
- Tear or cut into large pieces, toss with olive oil and salt.
- Arrange kale in a single layer on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until crisp.
