- 10 local cooking apples, peeled, cored & cut into small chunks
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp local honey
- Peel, core, and cut apples into small chunks.
- Put apples, water, and cinnamon into the crock-pot, which should be about 3/4 full.
- Cover and cook on high for about 3 to 4 hours.
- Add honey and stir.
- Cool and enjoy!
