Strawberry Salsa

Strawberry Salsa


  • 1 quart local strawberries
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt


  1. Wash the strawberries, green onions, and cilantro
  2. Remove the tops and slice the strawberries. Place in a medium bowl.
  3. Chop the green onions and cilantro, toss with the strawberries.
  4. Cut the lime and squeeze the juice into the strawberry mixture.
  5. Add salt and stir. Serve with tortilla chips.
