Tomatillo Salsa – Salsa Verde


  • 2 cups local tomatillos, husks removed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
  • 1 hot pepper (optional)


  1. Chop ingredients by hand or in a food processor.
  2. Mix and serve with chips or on your favorite burrito.
